• To 'recreate' the pedestrian overpass between the Kenneth Hahn Blue Line Station and the Rosa Parks Blue/Green Line Station.
   
   
• Ceramic tile each of the 48/47 steps and risers on the EAST and WEST staircases with tiles of the gradient colors of the 'rainbow'.
