initially the only inmates coming out will be those who have served 90% of their time
initially the only outsider going in will be someone who has served her/his time and chooses to go back in - that a friend may come out.
the ex-inmates who served their time would go back in - that their buddies go out.
Transitioning - that'll be the key - to make sure noone, nothing goes wrong
hey how about developing a play!
gettting close.
this gonna be very most
& must be because
it's totally
visionary
with a catch
-pepppppinnngg: there & here
can't say
dreamer
there's a plan
start-up
not the top
with the most
below
the very least
prisoners
inmates
cons
kennels
cement
all at once
together
inside
outside
chainless
one equals one
The prisoner/free-person exchange plan would, of course, have to start with inmates held on purely non-violent charges, like getting angry and insulting a cop.
Not that cops aren't entitled to enormous respect but serving time for an insult - hey that's out of line. so in comes a loved one, friend maybe even a stranger, a true believer, say.
One who believes every soul merits a chance for redemption. serves the rest of the term, or maybe only a day or two because so many others will want to share in this expression of the divine love.
o'k' since it's clear that nothing such as the above ever would have a chance to fly - unless those who are currently locked-up somehow let it be known -"that's gonna set my mind free."
"somebody comes in for me and I go out. I'd make sure that nothing jeapordized the pep. Whatever it might take to keep the program going, the inside safe for whoever came in to take my place"
One failure the program would collapse.
It would have to be determine inside that they would not want.
it would be a huge amount trust involved. Whole every gets sent out. Then whoever would get sent in to something so terrible. They would jace have to make it safe for the visitors. And a visitor would have to be able pay.
A visitor for security at least minimal security areound the person whose being let out...
The only people who are going to coming out...
I have served a certain percentage of the time that that they were given.
We're talking allow each person who down now they be transitions.
NOW THEY CAN TRANSITIONED.
ANY PRISONERS REGARDLESS OF THE OFFENSE WHO HAVE SERVED 90% THEIR TIME.
Maybe there's a way that the guys who have served there time and been released could come back and take time For the Prisoner Exchange Program. "Take time to PEP somebody out!"
It would be something of a promise that could be made just before someone had been released to a solemn friend who was on the outside.
CREATE NEW GRAPHIC FOR PEP PROGRAM.
Do the prisoner...Prisoner for Free Person Exchange. The dialog will be in which we participate. The go for broke of thing we're doing. The Photo-Multiplier Techno Effect. Create an art piece to express the image of the Photo_Techno Multiplier Effect.
We want them to think of the whole concept...
"The exchange of the One that just got Out for SOMEOne."
Ex-Convicts we mean.
Former Prisoners once again free.
Free to choose to return.
Once (Ex-) prisoners...now free.
suggest a play be developed which depicts a scene somewhere down the line but still within our lifetime or maybe a generation or two down the way - when everyone will know how it was at the end of the last millenium that what will by then have become such a celebrated historical achievement came about - the free-person for a prisoner exchange enlightment program. the amazing change that occurred in the concept of justice, freedom and equality when that first free person volunteered to give up her/his freedom in exchange for an equal amount of time to be spent in prison filling-in for the now famous prisoner who was released to freedom in his/her place. it seemed at first like madness until - starting in the prisons and then.... - the realization - the one equals one - not only can be done - it works. Why? Simple! we are one. A whole different environment inside - as safe or safer than outside.
and security for the the inmate "pep'd" outside.
an environment guaranteed to keep her/him on the straight and narrow
